    The Geometry of the Universe?????

I posted this in sci.math and didn't seem to find anyone who wanted to explore what I was putting forward. Hopefully here might be different.

    Postulates:

    1. The observed Universe is the 3-dimensional surface of a 4-dimansional sphere

    2. The radius of the 4-dimensional sphere is about 14B light years

    3. The geometry is expanding in conformity with existing measurements

    Some questions:
(I do not have the math or physics/astrophysics to answer in any way these questions)

maybe the observed 'expansion' is an artifact of the geometry? or possibly the observed 'acceleration' of the expansion is such an artifact?

any way we could verify this hypothetical geometry or at least determine if it doesn't contradict observations?

    Rubbish

    Thank goodness for small mercies.

    The universe is infinite.
That is a fact. Not a postulate.

What is rubbish can be propagandized, not verified.
